We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to be responsible for our affiliate platform; this role will require excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, and an understanding of the relevant brands' requirements. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team, you will be responsible for building and developing the affiliate program for Frasers Group.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Affiliate & Partnerships Lead in the day-to-day management of the affiliate channel.
1. Ensuring managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs.
2. Working closely with the Affiliate & Partnerships Lead on the overall affiliate strategy for Frasers Group.
3. Implementing new initiatives and ensuring all new features/technology are being tested.
4. Analysing affiliate performance data for the Senior Leadership Team.
5. Utilising strategic insight to the wider marketing teams.
6. Preparing and delivering reports on channel performance.
7. Making quick judgement calls on performance data and implementing change.
8. Working closely with team members providing collated reporting.
9. Building strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams.
10. Working with our affiliate network representatives (Partenrize) and keeping a strong working relationship in place.
11. Working with senior management on strategic challenges.
12. Building email newsletters to keep publishers up to date with our latest offers and promotions.
13. Communication with both publishers and network to ensure the brands are being displayed correctly as well as building relationships.
14. Deliver against sales targets for the affiliate channel and be able to reforecast and adapt to changing budget requirements.
15. Keep up to date with new platforms and initiatives.

If successful, we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in retail.
2. Commercially astute with experience of owning and working to achieve targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyse and evaluate performance of marketing activities and make recommendations for future optimisations.
5. Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects.
6. Ability to own mistakes and failures, adopting a continual test and learn approach.
