We are working with a leading conveyancing firm to assist them in finding a Conveyancing Support Specialist to provide essential support to experienced conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
* Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
* Communicate with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support the team in meeting KPIs and performance targets.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and problem-solving.
