Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver the highest standard of customer service to ensure our customers enjoy their visits and want to return. Supervise and Support Team: Oversee daily activities of the customer service team, ensuring they provide excellent service and address customer inquiries promptly. Handle Escalations: Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, acting as the first point of contact for escalated queries. Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions to improve team performance and meet departmental objectives. Monitor Performance: Track call volumes, maintain forecasting models, and ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet service demands. Administrative Duties: Ensure all administrative tasks, such as end-of-call requirements and maintaining records, are completed accurately. Policy Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service and supervisory roles is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also beneficial but not essential.
