This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative subsea equipment, supporting both internal and external clients. About the Role: As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and supporting advanced electronic subsea systems. This includes working on client-owned systems and internal demonstrator/trials equipment. You will also be involved in product testing, development, and troubleshooting. The role may require occasional offshore travel for trials, client training, and demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: Support, service, and maintain electronic subsea products. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Assist in product testing and development. Conduct trials, training, and product evaluations, occasionally offshore. Participate in an out-of-hours support rota. Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines.Skills and Experience Required: Essential: Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or a relevant engineering discipline. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude. IT literate, proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.Desirable: Previous experience in the marine industry. Knowledge of marine geophysics, subsea positioning, or GNSS positioning. Experience working with electronic test and measurement equipment.Benefits: Competitive salary.
