Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Strategic Account Director. Working with the top tier of partners, the Strategic Account Director will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners, ensuring they achieve value and satisfaction from our partnership, driving business growth via traditional and innovative customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key partners, following and evolving a strategic program of proactive engagement in line with Customer Success principles. Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored telecom solutions to align with their business objectives. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding the company's presence, identifying cross-selling opportunities and value-added services to align with our partners’ objectives. Close alignment with Sales pipeline and cycle to achieve sales targets. Identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence, collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop tailored offerings. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's telecom services and products to effectively communicate value propositions to partners. Sales Strategy & alignment Identify market trends and opportunities, working closely and alongside the sales team to inform company strategies. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with key partners Monitor contract performance and anticipate outcomes, maintaining strong relationships with partners Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: Whilst a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous, we will also consider equivalent work experience and qualifications. Proven experience in an Enterprise CS or AM role ideally working with Telecoms, FinTech or relevant industries Strong knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry trends is excellent but not essential. Excellent commercial and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
