Job Description
1. Oversee the IT department's strategic direction, development, and future growth
2. Ensure the smooth operation and security of all IT systems
3. Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guidelines
4. Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
5. Conduct regular system audits
6. Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
7. Ensure IT systems compliance with laws and regulations
8. Keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies and trends
9. Manage the technology in the call centres & field operatives
10. Incident management
11. Present to Senior Leadership, Board and PE
