Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Advanced Therapies Wales (ATW) team to support the goals of the Delivery Plan for Advanced Therapies in Wales 2025-2029, and the Midland Wales Advanced Therapy Treatment Centre (MWATTC) Phase 2 programme. Funded until March 2028, the post holder will have the opportunity to develop and lead on packages of work spanning across two national programmes. This includes exposure and opportunities to influence the direction of adopting advanced therapies to deliver to the Welsh patient population and at a UK wide level. This post is fixed term/secondment for 3 years until 31.3.2028 due to funding. Main duties of the job A key focus of the role is strategy development for Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPI&E). Additional responsibilities will also include budget management, programme team leadership and deputising for the Head of ATW Programme/Deputy Director MWATTC where requested. The role requires occasional travel within the UK, which may involve overnight stays. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
