FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a Help Desk Technical Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will provide enterprise-level technical assistance. This role will be a full-time position based out of their Silchester office.
Specific responsibilities include:
Technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software and hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, routers, firewalls and access points.
Assist with setting up and configuring computer systems
Conduct software troubleshooting and recommend solutions
Assisting other team members including communicating company strategies, team goals and project deadlines
Experience/Qualification:
3+ years proven experience in a customer facing role
VMWare ESX, vCentre and/ or Hyper-V
Microsoft 365
Sophos, Egnyte and Ubiquiti (beneficial)
SharePoint, Teams and Intune
Background of working for an MSP
