Peer Community Engagement Officer
About the Role:
The Peer Community Engagement Officer will actively engage with people who use drugs to create meaningful magazine and podcast content. This position involves direct interaction with readers, contributors, and our wider audience, helping to build a vibrant, inclusive space for open dialogue, mutual support, and shared learning.
We encourage applications from people with their own direct lived experience of substance use who can use their experience in developing this work. The role requires knowledge of the complexities of substance use and harm reduction strategies.
Content Creator and Editor
About the Role:
As Content Creator & Editor, you will be responsible for establishing, curating, creating, and editing content for our brand new peer-led magazine. This role is perfect for someone with a journalism or storytelling background who is passionate about harm reduction, social justice, and giving a voice to marginalized communities.
Deputy Manager of Scottish Residential Service
About the Role:
As the Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in managing and driving all areas of service delivery for the Scottish Residential Service. Your experience should include:
* SVQ level 4 or above compliant or equivalent qualification, or completion/willingness to complete an agreed number of modules in your probationary period
* Experience of managing teams or supervising staff
* Experience of working in a residential rehab, support service or service regulated by the Care Inspectorate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in supporting to manage budgets
* Actively demonstrate the values and beliefs of the organization
Senior National Family Support Practitioner
About the Role:
The Senior National Family Support Practitioner will lead the development of our national family support services and provide day-to-day management of the Scottish Families national support team. We are seeking applicants who are educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of direct client work, direct work with families, relationship-based practice, and group work.
Project Lead for the FREE Service
About the Role:
The Project Lead will effectively make plans that support project goals and lead the team to perform efficiently. They will work diligently to keep their team engaged, motivated, and focused on the task at hand while working in line with local and national strategy.
