Job Description
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Oncology team.
* Manage all forms of communication including emails, calls, and letters.
* Coordinate appointments and meetings.
* Handle confidential patient information with discretion.
* Prepare and manage patient records and documents.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organised.
* Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Medical Secretary should have:
* A professional qualification in secretarial studies or a related field.
* Prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferably in Oncology
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in office software, including MS Office.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
