Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded SEMH school in Woodeaton, Oxford, to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This nurturing and inclusive school supports 84 pupils across Key Stages 2 to 5, all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and present with complex emotional and social challenges.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to provide emotional, social and academic support. You’ll help create a safe, engaging learning environment where pupils can grow in confidence and thrive.
✔️ We’re Looking For:
Individuals with a background or interest in SEMH, SEN, youth work, or mental health.
Someone who is calm, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children with complex needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
