Enthusiastic about a providing a vibrant and diverse offer of theatre, film and food? We are looking for an Operations Manager that will oversee the day-to-day operations of our theatre, cinema screens, café/bar areas and community spaces for hire ensuring efficient and effective management of our new venue. This role includes involvement in strategic planning, financial oversight, staff management, and programme coordination to ensure the highest quality of service and operational excellence. Reporting into the Commercial and Cultural Development Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of aspects of the venue including cinema, theatre, café bar and community activities. Lead and motivate staff, providing clear direction and support to team managers to success Work with the front of house/welcome team to deliver excellent customer services Oversee revenue management, ticket pricing, and explore additional revenue streams. About You As an ideal candidate, you will have: Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or hospitality industry. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The proven ability to balance corporate requirements with service delivery needs Experience with marketing and audience development strategies. What can we offer you?
