As Systems and Reporting Lead at SGN you will be accountable for the delivery and continuous improvement of SGN’s HR systems and reporting activities. The individual will drive the optimisation of data to use of data to ensure change and compliance is delivered across HR. How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm… Act as the SME for Oracle based processes and integrations To lead on the development of the HR systems roadmap for SGN in line with information provided by the system providers, ensuring future changes and system developments are understood and communicated Lead the delivery of key people data sets, providing insightful monthly and quarterly reports and identifying opportunities for improvement Drive the evolution of our HR systems and data processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience Guarantee adherence to internal policies and legal requirements, especially GDPR, while collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders Translate user needs into streamlined and efficient HR processes, balancing the requirements of diverse stakeholders Possess a deep understanding of HR systems and interdependencies, anticipating challenges and their impact on budgets, engagement and other critical areas What you’ll need You possess deep knowledge of HRIS systems, especially Oracle, HR technologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends You have a proven track record in process management and improvement with a keen eye for driving efficiencies within a Business Services model You excel at project planning, risk assessment, and securing funding for HR system enhancements You possess strong analytical and data visualisation skills, using insights to inform decision-making and drive positive change You build strong partnerships across the business, effectively communicating complex information and influencing stakeholders at all levels We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience.
