Salary: £22,000 – £29,000 per annum pro-rata, DOE

Office Based Role: Monday to Friday. Full time hours 8.45am – 4.45pm.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic Office team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day successful operation of our office, scheduling our field engineers, handling customer queries and bookings and supporting the Sales executive to increase leads. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for organisation and administration, and the ability to adapt as required.
About the Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Questor Park, Dartford. As a Customer Service/Sales Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service:
1. Handling incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
3. Scheduling service and repair appointments
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Sales Support:
1. Processing quotations, orders, and invoices
2. Assisting with sales administration tasks, such as data entry and report generation
3. General Administration and day to day ad hoc tasks to support the overall office needs
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
5. Actively promoting our products and services via phone including making outgoing sales calls
Essential Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
5. A positive and proactive attitude
6. Experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred)
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of marketing and social media
2. Experience with CRM systems
3. Previous supervisory experience an advantage as the role has the potential to develop to team leader.
