Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in coding, particularly with Flask, Nginx and Gunicorn (required)
2. Familiarity with Google Compute Engine (required)
3. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (required)
4. Experience in marketing, preferably within the technology industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution (Required)
5. Knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools to design Ads (Required)
6. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and social media strategy (Required)
7. Knowledge in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
8. Proficiency in English (Work level, required)
9. Google ads certificate (required)
10. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment (required)

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Flask.
2. Help the team scale and run the app smoothly.
3. Work with Google Compute Engine for cloud solutions.
4. Lead Olivya’s digital marketing strategy.
5. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, driving brand growth and customer acquisition.
6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
7. Content Creation: Create compelling content that communicates our value proposition, engages our audience, and supports our sales efforts.
8. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
