History Teacher – Maternity Cover | Full Time | Ringwood | April or September 2025 Start
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a well-established school in Ringwood on a full-time maternity cover contract. This role is available to start in April 2025 or September 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to inspire students and foster a love for history in a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
The Role:
* Full-time teaching position covering History across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and high-quality lessons.
* Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
* Monitoring student progress and providing tailored support where needed.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of the History curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching History at Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for history.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* The ability to inspire and engage students, encouraging a lifelong interest in the past.
