The role:
1. To work alongside colleagues in achieving all targets
2. To update and record all production records as required
3. To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times
4. To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items
5. To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment
6. To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule
7. To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality audits
The person:
8. Proven experience within a team based environment
9. A team player with a pro-active approach to supporting colleagues
10. Ability to work with minimum supervision
11. Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality checks
12. Ability to achieve production targets
