You’ll gain the opportunity to develop your skills amongst a talented and experienced group of creatives, supporting on work for a diverse range of clients, from household brands to cool startups. You’ll have passion for all things design and creativity with a portfolio that demonstrates it, and your work will span aspects of digital, print and experiential with animation skills a bonus!
You’ll need to work both independently and as part of a team, so it’s important that you’re a good communicator and problem solver, who’s up for taking on responsibility and making things happen.
Responsibilities
1. Creation of beautifully effective design, produced to a high standard.
2. The understanding of brand guidelines and their application.
3. The ability to work across multiple projects and brands at once.
4. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and impeccable house-keeping.
5. Confidence in presenting your work with the support of senior designers and the account team.
6. A team player with an appetite to grow and ‘own’ your own projects.
7. Working alongside the account team, keeping them updated with project progress, being sure to share any concerns around deadlines or budget well in advance.
8. Understanding of image licensing and copywriting regulations and procedures when designing.

Experience of...
1. The full Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
2. Working in an agency environment a bonus.
3. Basics of the Microsoft Suite.
4. Working to deadlines.
5. Retouching.
