Short Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Country Coordinator. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Manage the Country Coordinator’s calendar and schedule meetings
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

* Conduct research and compile data as needed
