Job Description
As a Stock Control Team Leader, you lead day-to-day DC operation for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and organize the Internal and Housekeeping department and monitor productivity
* Support DC operations in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
* Responsible for all departments to fulfill customer expectations
* Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way
* Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
* Identify risks and issues in daily DC operations report to relevant manager
* Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your team
* Responsible to conduct inventory counts – ensure internal department routines are followed according to company guidelines
* Lead the housekeeping team for optimized capacity
* Collaborate closely with DC Stock Controller and PSR to action stock movement and discrepancies
* Work with customer service and the press department to fulfil influencer requests
* Responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy
Qualifications
* Good operational DC experience across Online + Stores to effectively lead operations of the Internal and Housekeeping team
* Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution
* Understanding of outbound and inbound processes and garment flow
* Good understanding of Warehouse Management System
* Knowledgeable in operational logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets
* Experience in formal HR processes
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
* Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development
* Agile mindset with positive attitude to change & meaningful growth
