LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINER | HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous L&D Trainer to join our amazing L&D team and deliver effective learning and development solutions including induction training, team development and operational excellence. This role also involves supporting the wider L&D function with the delivery of company initiatives.
You’ll liaise with the Area Managers and Training Manager to identify and agree training requirements to deliver the training plan for Store Teams, ensuring you support with any required Training Needs Analysis to assist with decision making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Gather and deliver relevant evidence-based feedback to Training Manager and Area Managers upon completion of training activities.
2. Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs that encourage, enhance and support performance and drive customer engagement.
3. Support stores by delivering a range of L&D activities that cover the full L&D cycle, ensuring you identify what makes a successful store and incorporate this learning in the delivery of all training.
4. Provide coaching and guidance to Store Managers on the benefits of promoting a Learning and Development culture to their teams.
5. Maintain accurate training reports and use the information to assist in analysing the performance and training needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
1. A passion for all things L&D and Retail; you’ll have worked as a store manager previously.
2. You want to support and develop people and have a good operational knowledge of retail.
3. You’re keen to travel and explore The Perfume Shop throughout the UK & ROI (You’ll need a full driving licence too!).
4. Have done or are keen to complete an L&D Practitioner Apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification).
