Payroll Administrator 9 month FTC £32-37k per annum - Hybrid working - Central London
Responsibilities Include:
1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
2. Calculate and process statutory deductions, including income tax, National Insurance contributions, and pension contributions.
3. Stay updated with payroll legislation and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
4. Oversee the administration of employee pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, and liaison with pension providers.
5. Conduct payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Review and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
7. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration.
8. Provide guidance and support in resolving payroll-related issues and queries for employees face to face, over the telephone and via email.
9. Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual P60s and P11D forms.
10. Prepare and distribute employee payslips, P45s, and other statutory payroll documents.
