About the team
The Worldpay for Business Customer Due Diligence team are a customer & business centric team responsible for assessing all Worldpay for Business customers at the point of onboarding and at regular intervals in their lifecycle ensuring that we know who the customer is, how they operate and their ownership structure. We are looking for a Senior to join our Customer Launch team.
What you’ll own
* Review and evaluate cases, files, and calls for new and existing Business.
* Provide support and feedback to the wider team to ensure best in class service.
* Collaborate with internal teams highlighting any trends and issues.
* Provide input into training and process improvement work with the focus of ensuring consistency and best practice.
* Act as a culture and change champion to achieve Worldpay’s goals of bringing greater levels of value and service to clients.
* Review opportunities for improvement in Customer data used to validate and verify records.
* Coach the team on any training gaps identified and give guidance on errors made.
* Manage personal workloads.
* Support preparation and delivery of manager reports.
* Assist in audit and assurance evidence gathering.
* Facilitate proactive collaboration between risk, compliance and Operation functions.
* Assist in reviewing frameworks, process documentation and training guides.
What you bring:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CDD and/or KYC role.
* Confidence and assurance to critique work and provide feedback.
* Understanding of downstream impacts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to work autonomously along with being a good team member.
Added bonus if you have:
* Excellent Analytical Skills.
* Knowledge of CDD and EDD policies and procedures.
* Experience of Coaching and Training.
