Role : General Manager (Build to Rent) Location : Birmingham Salary : £60,000 - £65,000 Bonus Reach out to Francis at Residential Living Recruitment for more information and a full description Role Overview : Customer Service - Lead on service delivery to all stakeholders and represent the development to the highest standards Staff Management - Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and values Financial and Reporting - Lead annual budget setting processes and ensure performance against them, monitoring closely throughout Marketing and Leasing - Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy Building Operations - Take overall responsibility for the entire estate and ensure any requirements are dealt with promptly Facilities Management and H&S – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations Who we are searching for : An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry An individual with financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&Ls and leasing strategy Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable) We look forward to hearing from you and discussing this role further
