About the Role: We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead our IT team in maintaining a hybrid cloud Windows environment. This key role supports around 8,000 users across the UK and US, manages both on-premises and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) servers, and oversees our cloud telephony platform. The IT Systems Manager will also manage our Office 365 environment, ensuring system security and architectural integrity. Leading a team of Systems Analysts and Engineers, they will handle second and third-line support, driving automation, Main Responsibilities: Foster collaboration between systems and IT departments, ensuring alignment with IT architecture and project goals. Align IT systems with business goals, supporting needs and driving success. Lead and mentor Systems Analysts and Engineers, providing targeted training. Manage InTune and JAMF for mobile security, and oversee IT architecture with desktop engineering. Optimise Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) for performance and satisfaction. Enhance the PowerShell-based JML process for better automation and efficiency. Implement monitoring systems, collaborate with the 1st line service desk for issue resolution and upskilling. Manage cross-functional and team projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing timelines and budgets. Serve as the main IT systems contact for stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives. About You About You: Relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience as an IT Systems Manager or similar, with expertise in Windows environments, hybrid cloud, and MDM platforms. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and HCI solutions. Proficient in Office 365 administration and PowerShell scripting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
