We are currently recruiting for Care Assistant – Day and Nights to work at Millbrow Care Home Hours ranging from: 22 – 33 hours per week. Shifts set over a 7 day period and include weekends and bank holidays. You will supervise, mentor and develop a team of care workers and provide the highest standards as well as having the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team. Your Contributions: Experienced in providing person-centred care in line with individual care plans, including addressing personal care needs and encouraging physical support. Skilled in maintaining verbal and written records and effectively communicating with service users and colleagues. Proficient in spoken English with the flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed. Strong team player committed to collaborative work within a care setting.
