In this role you will focus on the creation of brand and digital experiences across all digital platforms, supporting in the overall development of the visual expression of our brands across our digital design system (Loop) and setting the creative standard for our digital product experiences. You will work collaboratively with the digital design lead and other members of the brand team on the development of our digital brand ensuring a best in class digital brand experience.
As part of this important role within the team, you will help drive a better brand experience across all digital platforms as well as a more consistent approach across marketing, web and App.
What you’ll be doing
This role centers on the creation and management of digital brand experiences. You will be responsible for translating the brand into compelling interactive digital experiences, ensuring that every component within the loop design system reflects the brand's values. Your work will involve developing the visual expression of components and assets across various digital platforms, innovating digital executions that align with the brand's identity.
Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with brand management, creative teams, marketing, tribes, and product teams, incorporating their feedback to create a cohesive brand and customer experience across all touchpoints. Supporting execution teams with the implementation of creative standards using the design system, brand playbook, and assets will be a crucial part of your role.
Additionally, you will ensure that user testing and data analysis are integrated into your designs, helping to refine and optimize the digital experiences you create. Your responsibility extends to implementing brand guidelines and principles consistently across all digital platforms, translating campaigns into assets that work seamlessly across all digital touchpoints.

Skills & Expertise:
* Product Design Mastery: Extensive experience in crafting compelling digital products for market-leading brands.
* Information Architecture: Expert in structuring and organizing digital content.
* Interaction Design & Prototyping: Skilled in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
* User Research & Testing: Proficient in gathering insights and validating design decisions.
* Graphical Design Excellence: Strong ability to produce visually stunning designs with Adobe Creative Suite.
* Conceptual Thinking: Adept at generating innovative ideas and solving complex problems.
* Brand Experience: Proven track record of delivering cohesive brand experiences across multiple digital platforms.
* User-Centered Design: Committed to following best practices and principles in user-centered design.
* Brand Implementation: Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and their application in product design.
* Communication & Presentation: Exceptional skills in articulating design concepts and presenting to stakeholders.
* Technical Collaboration: Solid technical understanding to effectively work with engineering teams.
* Portfolio: Showcases end-to-end digital experiences for leading brands across various platforms.
* Collaborative Approach: Strong team player with the ability to influence and solve problems.

* Digital Product Design: Extensive experience in key areas of digital product design for top-tier brands.
* User-Centered Digital Environment: Proven experience in designing within a user-centered digital framework.
* Digital Design Systems: Expertise in developing and working with digital design systems.
* Creative Development: Strong background in creative development and innovation.
