The role:
Opportunity for an Employment Partner 8+ years PQE seeking a role orientated around growth and expansion, based in Surrey.
You will be given a high level of autonomy to make the role your own and will oversee, mentor and train other fee-earners in the team. There is a down-to-earth atmosphere and a strong sense of team spirit in order to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.
You'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm wants someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
The ideal candidate:
1. Qualified Solicitor 8+ years PQE
2. Previous experience managing Employment matters at a recognised department
3. Ambitious and looking to make a significant impact on the strategic direction of the department
4. Highly personable and able to motivate others in the team
