Project Manager - Construction
Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
4. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
6. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
7. Act as the primary point of contact between the client, project team, and subcontractors.
8. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
9. Resource Management:
10. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in project management software.
4. In-depth understanding of construction processes and standards.
