Are you our next CRM Specialist? We are seeking a CRM Specialist to plan and execute relevant and personalised customer communications across CRM channels; aligning to the team’s objectives both globally and regionally.
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional who has experience within a high growth environment, and who is passionate about understanding the customer through a lifecycle, churn, and behavioural lens. The successful applicant will have experience in developing and executing online and offline global CRM communications that drive measurable results and customer engagement, driven by data and insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executing overall CRM strategy, regionally and globally.
2. Planning, delivering, and measuring CRM activity, ensuring campaigns meet ROI targets and objectives (Campaign calendar development).
3. Planning and executing test & learn initiatives.
4. Monitoring performance and making recommendations based on performance.
5. Ensuring collaboration across Marketing campaign stakeholders to ensure campaigns are being executed with clear objectives, visibility into other Marketing tactics, and debrief post-campaign.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1. Experience of CRM or worked in a customer marketing related role.
2. Passionate about customers and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
3. Naturally curious and KPI driven.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects.
7. Be flexible towards out of hours and some unsociable working hours, if required.
Preferred skills and experience:
1. Experience within email, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
2. Experience running omni-channel campaigns through CEP (Braze preferred).
3. E-commerce or B2C marketing.
4. Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and database tools.
5. HTML experience.
6. Competent with MS Office suite.
7. Comfortable with change and promotes agility in self and ways of working.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
