A highly ranked firm in both employment and education sections of the legal directories is seeking a skilled Education and Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role can be offered to candidates at Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
The Education team acts for institutions and individuals, with a practice increasingly focused on the former. The work includes handling employment issues, school mergers, parental complaints, admissions and exclusions, data issues, SEN, regulatory, and safeguarding matters.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
* Strong experience advising education clients across a broad variety of education and employment matters
* Excellent client care approach
* A “can and will do” mindset
* Experience in SEN matters would be desirable but is not essential
