Base pay range
Chester (hybrid & remote working options available)
Up to £30,000 basic + OTE = £50,000+ per year

The key to life is always having a holiday booked, so for our Travel & Cruise Sales Executives you’ll make the magic happen for our customers, understanding their travel needs and putting together the perfect cruise packages.
With over 600,000 customers in the UK built up over the last 10 years, we are leaders for holidays including cruises and luxury travel, surpassing over £110Million sales. We grow from strength to strength which is exactly why we are now looking to bring on additional members.
This is a warm leads only sales role, responding to calls and online enquiries.
You don’t need to go out and generate sales, the customers will come to you with plenty of leads available for the team to go through each day.
You’ll match cruises to customer needs, handle objections, cover prices, understand destinations they would like to visit, how many days on the cruise, types of entertainment they like, and close sales.
You’ll be responsible for your customers from start to finish, building relationships and making their dreams come true. This tends to mean customers will return to you again in the future, boast about and recommend you to their friends, and leave positive reviews – all bringing you additional business.
A bubbly, chatty and friendly personality is the key to success in this role, as through effective questioning you’ll be able to match a holiday to their needs.
Our cruise team boasts of 6 successful consultants, so this is a smaller more specialist team where you will work close-knit, make a big impact and have a say in how we run things.

4 day working weeks: 9AM – 8:30PM 3 days per week, and 1 weekend day 9AM – 5PM.
