Your responsibilities will include:
➡ Provide care in accordance with agreed standards, policies and procedures.
➡ Create and maintain accurate and legible records of care.
➡ Effectively communicate with women and their families, colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
➡ Develop personal and professional knowledge and skills enabling standards of care to be constantly improved.
➡ Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and information. Support colleagues to promote a cohesive team.
➡ Promote and provide education for clients and their families.
➡ Contribute to the training of student Midwives nurses and doctors.
➡ Positively contributes to the Trust’s incident reporting policy.
