Airband is recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator, working a hybrid model out of our Droitwich office.
Salary is circa £25,000 to £26,000 depending on experience plus great benefits!
The Sales Co-ordinator role at Airband is responsible for managing administrative tasks related to the sales team, including processing sales orders, maintaining customer data, generating sales reports, coordinating with marketing and customer service, and generally supporting sales advisors to achieve sales goals by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with customers. The role will report directly into the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities include:
1. Monitor daily the sales cases list (inbound emails/voicemails) enquiries from customers for residential and business sales and renewals and passing them on to relevant member of the team.
2. Monitor daily the Lead distribution list from Salesforce and circulate to Sales Team.
3. Monitor daily the web enquiries list from Salesforce and circulate to Sales Team.
4. Produce reports on sales performance and trends.
5. Answer all customer queries within 48 hour SLA.
6. Liaise with customers due for their renewal on a daily basis.
7. Daily log and accurately maintain CRM (Salesforce).
8. Attend meetings when required.
Ideally you will have:
1. Previous experience in a Sales Admin or Co-ordinator role.
2. Experience of telephone sales role in a successful sales environment.
3. Problem-solving attitude.
4. Positive outlook and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
5. Knowledge of Excel preferable.
6. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM highly desirable.
