About this role
As a Risk Manager in the UK Risk Office, you will identify and deliver to the business the tools they require to effectively manage the UK LAUNCH Change Management process. In this role, not only will you lean into your analytical and problem solving skills by developing and deploying innovative solutions to the business, but you will also grow your influencing skills as you set the standards for the business. You will create order and sense out of complexity and uncertainty and enable confident, data-inspired decision making.

As an integral member of the team, you will have a high level of exposure across the business partnering closely with senior business and UK Risk Office leaders, Marketing & Analytics, Operations, Technology Risk Management, Compliance and Legal
What you’ll do
1. Design and deliver the UK LAUNCH Programme in line with Enterprise Standards which gives all Accountable Executives and Intent Requestors across the business the tools they need to effectively assess the risks associated with business change, whilst continually identifying areas of improvement
2. Implement the opportunities identified to deliver both value and maximise efficiency
3. Partner with internal risk or oversight groups to look for opportunities
4. Produce regular process health reporting for internal stakeholders
5. Build, establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including 2nd Line Testing and Compliance Advisors
What we’re looking for
6. Risk management experience, or a desire to learn and grow your career in this field.
7. An ability to self-identify process improvements to improve efficiency, and then execute them
8. Previous experience of problem solving through process evaluation
9. Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of different people
10. Able to partner within and beyond the team, building productive, cross business relationships
11. Workshop facilitation
12. Previous experience of working in a highly-regulated industry and/or corporate environment
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham offices.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
