Be confident and experienced leader, especially for children and adults in outdoor environments. Have the skills to engage and manage schools, farmers, and local partners. Be highly organised and have the resilience to work independently across public facing responsibilitites and administrative tasks. Understand and/or have experience of the barriers facing disadvantaged children in accessing food, farming and countryside experiences. PLEASE NOTE: The LEAD role includes organisational responsibility for the residential running in Cumbria and additional days allocated to perform this small but significant year round responsibility.
