If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Support Administrator to join their team. About the Role: As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of management services. Working closely with project managers, you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for management services Organise project diaries, including meeting schedules, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Assist in preparing reports that meet contractual obligations and industry standards, including Board packs and ad-hoc reports Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing hospitality for meetings Oversee document management and track contractual correspondence Collate and verify information for reporting purposes Maintain variation and lifecycle trackers based on team input Take on additional responsibilities as required to enhance service delivery What We're Looking For: Relevant experience in administrative roles Excellent time management and organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience or knowledge of PFI projects is a plus but not essential Personal Attributes: Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise tasks Strong attention to detail Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively Exceptional communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders Someone who can adapt to an ever-changing workload Why Join Us?
