candidate who has:
1. Experience of managing a student accommodation service or team, and a strong commitment to customer service.
2. Strong organisational and administrative skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to write clear business cases and reports.
4. Confidence working independently and collaboratively
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
6. The ability to travel around the city to meet with partners and stakeholders.
