Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for our established client based in the centre of Gloucester. The role is 21 hours per week and this can be worked over 3 full days or shorter days over the week.
The role will be managing one HR Administrator who is experienced within their role.
Duties:
* Employee Relations: You will act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns
* Performance Management: Manage probation reviews and provide guidance to managers for annual appraisals.
* Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Lead monthly payroll processes and coordinate with finance to manage salary administration.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate programs to support employee skill development, compliance training, and leadership development.
* Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
* HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with and advise senior management to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
* Data and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate day to day HR records
Skills required:
