* £27,711 per annum (pro rata for part time)
* 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

We're focused on making a meaningful difference to communities across Suffolk. As a Business Support Assistant Manager in the Children and Young People's Service, Inclusion team, you'll collaborate to build a bright future and make a positive impact.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You'll be at the heart of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Services team, overseeing administrative and financial duties that support efficient service delivery. Your day might look like this:
* Provide line management to Business Support Officers, including supervisions and development reviews.
* Maintain precise records and work collaboratively to improve processes.
* Promote our values, always keeping children and young people at the centre of your work.
You Will Need
* A relevant qualification such as NVQ3 or equivalent experience.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in administrative and financial procedures.
* A passion for making a positive difference in Suffolk.

The SEND Services team works closely with families, schools, and professionals to support children and young people. We are dedicated to creating high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that capture individual needs and perspectives.
