This is an exciting new post for an experienced Manager to join the new Regional Research Delivery Network ("RRDN"). We are keen to receive applications from individuals with great communication skills, an emphasis on teamwork, and excellent attention to detail.
The role will be responsible for managing the planning and reporting on a wide range of projects and business-as-usual activities across multiple organisations in the RRDN that will contribute to the priorities of the RDN.
We are seeking a Manager who can demonstrate skills in project management, governance, contract compliance, financial oversight, and strategic thinking. The Corporate Services Manager will provide line management and supervision to the Strategy Project Facilitator. Line management of staff members will include undertaking staff reviews to identify training and development needs, establishing how those needs will be met, and managing performance against agreed objectives.
The postholder will ensure that appropriate methodologies for the collection, interrogation, and interpretation of data are used and provide high-quality reporting in a range of formats. The team offers a positive and developmental environment as well as being involved firsthand in some of the most exciting innovative work health and care services have to offer.
