As a senior team member, you’ll deliver actionable data insights within a complex environment, offering high-quality reports to inform HR leadership and the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Generate and analyse comprehensive HR reports, utilising Prism Analytics and the full suite of Workday tools. Develop and present actionable insights that support business decision-making at the leadership level. Establish best practices and advise on HR reporting strategies within a dynamic corporate environment.
