Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Cognition Learning Group, a leading education organization, is seeking a creative and talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, a passion for learning, and the ability to execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and generate leads. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing an effective marketing and communications strategy, using digital tools and platforms to increase brand awareness and support business objectives.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will leverage their expertise in digital channels, data analytics, and campaign management to drive growth and elevate brand visibility across the Cognition Learning Group portfolio, with a focus on the United Kingdom region.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing) to support the promotion of CLG’s products, services, and contracts.
* Plan, create, and publish engaging and innovative digital content (blog posts, videos, graphics) to enhance brand visibility and interaction with target audiences.
* Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and user experience.
* Continuously assess new digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to evolve digital marketing approaches in line with the organization’s products and services.
* Design and execute email marketing and automation strategies to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships across the sales funnel.
* Develop promotional strategies that effectively communicate product value propositions to target audiences.
* Promote and support events and webinars through digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless digital promotion and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and lead generation.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
* A recognized marketing (or similar/related) qualification.
* Proven experience in high-profile marketing campaigns.
* Experience of digital content & social media creation.
* Experience and knowledge of using Adobe Suite such as Illustrator and InDesign.
* Excellent attention to detail & proofreading skills.
* Full all-round marketing experience in Print, digital, outdoor, PPC, web, analytics, PR and social media.
* Marketing planning, strategy creation (working with key stakeholders) and management/delivery of programmes.
* Knowledge of a wider range of marketing tools and options.
Personal Characteristics:
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility, build relationships, and influence decision-making processes.
* Action-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes and responsibility for deliverables.
