Business Development Manager My client is a global leader in the selling, marketing and distribution of food and non-food products to various sectors. Due to expanding growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team based in Lisburn. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position – with remote working. Hours of work: Full time (Monday to Friday) Job Role: You will be responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and margin targets for your assigned area. Essential Criteria: 3-5 years field sales experience within the wine and spirit’s market. A background in Account Management, Area Sales. In-depth knowledge of the wine and spirit’s market. Wine Accreditation WSET Level 2 or equivalent. Strong credit control skills. Strong analytical skills and computer literacy. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Full clean B Driving Licence. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and margin targets for your assigned area. Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally. Maintain and grow the customer base in your assigned area. Be responsive and flexible to your customers’ needs.
