Role Requirements:
Management and development of strategic national accounts through establishing high wide and deep relationships across all aspects of the customer stakeholder matrix.
Engaging with; Sales, Marketing, Supply chain & Procurement associates.
Focus on business retention, profitability management, organic product portfolio growth and gaining of new business lines/customers.
Customer portfolio management £3-5m+ with budgeted growth targets.

* Customer service focused, forthright, trustworthy & credible.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Effective networker across customer stakeholder matrices.
* Understand and develop customer value propositions to align intercompany objectives.
* Organised & proficient with technology, including Microsoft suite, particular focus with Excel.
* Deliver action-orientated data insights through analysis.
* Financial acumen relative to role.
* CRM updates, sales reporting & project management – good with deadlines and internal/external resource collaboration.
* Driving license and willingness to travel with flexible working hours.
* Focused on company objectives to deliver budgets and drive operational efficiencies for improved account performance.
* Contribution to customer budget setting with market intelligence backed insights.
Experience:
* Travel within national or regional sales roles
* Commercial contracts negotiation
* Management of product launches/bespoke branding project delivery
* Sales within disposable foodservice packaging industry preferable
Location - Flexible
* Willing and able to travel for regional customer engagements.
* Hybrid home-office based role with monthly/as required visits to greater London based HQ.
Package - Flexible upon experience
* £50-£60k OTE
