Accounts Assistant | Market Leading Platform – 12 month FTC
Harmonic Finance are exclusively representing this Manchester-based Platform Company to recruit a new Accounts Assistant into their team.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will support the businesses Finance Manager by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely data entry. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. Entering purchase invoices into the system
3. Processing staff expenses
4. Weekly payment runs
5. Monitoring the finance inbox and supporting to resolve any queries
Required Skills:
* At least 12 months of experience working within Finance
* Experience within the Tech Space would be advantageous but not essential
* Experience using Xero would be advantageous but not essential
