Key Requirements The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who: • is committed to promoting the values and ethos of our school; • has experience of teaching successfully within a KS1 and/or Reception classroom; • is enthusiastic in supporting the needs of young learners; • is organised and able to communicate effectively; • is a positive role model who can work well as part of a team; • is determined to support children in developing as well-rounded, happy and confident individuals; • understands and supports attachment/trauma informed approaches to support children’s emotion and behaviour regulation; • holds QTS.
