Facilities Support Co-ordinator - £26,208 - Peterborough
Role Overview: Our reputable client in Peterborough is looking for an adaptable and fast learner to step in as a Facilities Support Co-ordinator. You'll support the team with efficient facilities administration and operations, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction across multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Helpdesk communications, ensuring accurate logging of requests on Maximo.
· Schedule planned and reactive works, updating Maximo and flagging at-risk tasks.
· Handle invoice validation and process Purchase Orders; monitor payments.
· Support budget planning and produce quotes for additional works.
· Prepare reports and assist in correspondence, maintaining confidentiality.
· Act as minute-taker and facilitator when needed.
· Maintain document control files for audits and compliance.
· Manage access control systems and document records for each site.
· Coordinate extra works and ensure all service reports are timely.
· Conduct monthly site checks for maintenance and cleaning issues.
· Renew subcontractor agreements in a timely manner.
· Provide general administrative support, including reception and filing.
· Share knowledge across the administrative team for seamless service.
· Adhere to Health & Safety policies and other company procedures.
Essential Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Clean Driving License
· DBS Check required.
