Are you a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor looking for your next move? My client is a small practice looking to expand their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out building surveys/inspections for various purposes such as condition schedules/reports, planned maintenance reports, etc.
2. Preparing drawings for planning submission, completing planning applications, and liaising with local planning authorities on behalf of clients.
3. Contract administration, preparing contracts, issuing instructions, monitoring project costs, and preparing payment claim documentation.
4. Acting as a point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients and contractors.
Requirements:
1. Degree qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
2. Ideally, seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience.
3. Desire to work towards MRICS status.
