HR Employee Relations - 3 months - Inside IR35 - Edinburgh (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR team of Loriens exciting Public Sector client on a 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist to expand their investigation and case management experience to enhance their employee relation knowledge.
Main Duties:
1. To investigate fully, fairly, objectively and in a timely manner, matters in line with the Disciplinary Procedure.
2. To produce typed witness statements.
3. To provide the Nominated Officer with a comprehensive investigation report.
4. To present investigation findings at a Disciplinary Hearing.
5. To contribute to the understanding of how the organisation is behaving and presenting realistic solutions.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to investigate fully, fairly, objectively and in a timely manner and produce comprehensive reports of a high standard. Understanding the employment law requirements of "balance of probabilities" is critical to success in this role.
